Deciphering the Exercise Prescription

Motor Training Paradigms

$25.00

This 1-hour asynchronous continuing education course provides clinicians with a mechanism-based framework for prescribing exercise in extremity musculoskeletal disorders (MSKDs). By evaluating central neuroplasticity, microvascular adaptations, and neural disinhibition, participants learn how to match specific exercise modalities—Light Resistance Motor Control, Medium Resistance Endurance, and Heavy Strength Training—to targeted patient deficits. Interspersed with four 7-minute whiteboard explainer videos, this course establishes a criteria-gated 3-Phase Care Plan to guide progression safely using the pain-monitoring model (symptom tolerance ≤ 2/10).
